She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Pedey and Jewel Pedey; her brother Adrian Pedey; and her son Courtney Whitney III. She is survived by: her daughter Mattie Whitney; her son-in-law Aaron Champagne; and her grandchildren, Ashley Whitney, Saige Whitney-Chambless, Delilah Whitney, Genna Champagne and Gavin Champagne. She is also survived by (Brother) and numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
