She was predeceased by: her parents, I. B. Mitchell and Mary Lou Murphee; and her siblings, Georgia Carolyn Hand and Wallace Glenn Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Robert Marshall Looney; her children, Gina Marie Linke and Gilbert Marshall Looney; her sisters, Beatrice Browning, Diana Monko and Mary Montgomery; and her grandchildren, Taylor M. Linke, Dylan M. Linke and Pixel Looney.
The family would request that donations be made of UGM Anna Ogden Hall women and children's shelter in Spokane.
