It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie Ann Farrell of Spokane, Washington, who passed away on March 8, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Zenon J. Belanger Jr. of Minnesota and Maria; her brother Zenon Belanger; her children, Tamara, Joaquin and Jeanna; her brother Christopher Belanger; her husband John Snodgrass; her son Matthew; and also, Crysti Jewel and Jeanne (Valerie).
Valerie got back to Guam last year to pay tribute to their memorials she had missed due to Covid.
