It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tobi Anne Rushano of Spokane, Washington, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her stepfather Robert G Hanks. She is survived by: her mother Maryanne Hanks; her daughters, Tara, Dionna and Natalia; her siblings, Mark, Robert and Sheri; and her close friend Cognac. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren; her 2 nephews; her 3 nieces.

Memorial contributions can be made to OCRA (Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance), the Ronald McDonald House or to Hospice.
