She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earnest Edwin Lockhart and Iva Gertrude Lee; her husband Lawrence Howard Helton; her children, Lawren Ward Helton and Elda Lawree Helton; her grandchildren, Lisa Helton, Larry Helton and Troy Zissimatos; her great grandchildren, Alexander Zissimatos, Janice Zissimatos, Alexis Zissimatos, Evelyn Helton and Ryan Helton; and her sister Leatice Yonne Smith.
