She is survived by: her husband Robert Fanto, Jr.; her children, Cory Fanto (Jennifer) and Jody Keelin (Matt); her grandchildren, Ivy, Bre, Olivia, Rheaghan, Levi and Natalie; and her siblings, Marianne Fredrickson and Steven DeGuire.

“I am so sorry to hear of Suzanne’s death. I hired her many years ago to the Peds/PICU unit at Sacred Heart and I always told her she was my “no brainer” hire. She was an amazing nurse, human, and colleague. She literally saved lives and improved the lives of those around her. I know how much she loved you Rob, Cory and Jody (she talked about you all the time) and she was the proudest grandma when Ivy was born.
