He is survived by: his wife Susan C. Smith; his children, Hannah and Christian; his parents, John G. Smith and Janet C. Smith; his sister Allison Gingrich (Dan); and his nephews, Owen and Porter.
Due to the pandemic, funeral services will be limited to the immediate family.
