He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Johnson and Myrtie Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his sons, Scott (Christy) and Keith; his stepchildren, Erika Naccarato (Derek) and Kenny Rodriguez; his siblings, Kaye Pruett (Fred), Sue Busse (Bob) and J. T. (Mary); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Emily, Marissa, Lucy, Jack and Benjamin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
