He is survived by: his wife Vicky; his daughters, Tricia Deatherage and Denice Sloan; his sons-in-law, Steve Sloan and Robert Luke; his grandchildren, Andrew Roy Deatherage, Ashlyn Deatherage, Langley Sloan, Stevie Sloan, Aryn Belisle, Dyllin Sloan, Scott O'Donnell, Taylor Belisle, Taylor Matts and Levi Matheny; and his great grandchildren, Carter Roy Deatherage, Dean, Josh Belisle, Aller Matheny and Tyler Deatherage.
In lieu of gifts and flowers the family is asking for donations to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
