She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur William "Billy" Blackwell and Mary Caroline Blackwell; her daughter Kari Lynn Gossett; her brother Stuart Brown Blackwell; her sister-in-law Helen Blackwell; her sister Norma Lou Brown; her siblings-in-law, ErvIn L. Brown and Shirley Brandvold; and her friend Jean Custer.
She is survived by: her children, Judy (George) and Chris Brandvold (Jan); her son-in-law Jay Gossett; her grandchildren, Kyra Richardson (Dustin), Kirsten Sabata (Doug) and Val (Greg); her great grandchildren, Jacob Sabata, Elizabeth Sabata, Nakoa Richardson, Makaio Richardson, Eli Sabata, Keanu Richardson, Tillie Sabata and Henley Brady; her nephews, Jeremy Brown (Lisa Stephens) of Calgary, AB and Eric Brown (Donna); and her niece Heidi (Jeff).
The years of COVID restrictions were hard on her, because it encouraged inactivity.
Family suggests donations in Rosemary's name to Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (Fred Hutch) or Millwood Community Presbyterian Church in Millwood, Washington.
