He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Chadwick and Ron Chadwick. He is survived by: his friends, Cougar and Husky; his daughters, Melissa Pessoa, Sarah Shelman (Spencer) and Emily Brauer (Nathan); his sister Vicki Chervenak (Tim); and his pet Brutus. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
