We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2021, at the age of 88, Robert E Fransen of Spokane, Washington, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Einar Fransen and Velma Fransen; his wife Sargie; his daughters, Lori Rathmanner (David), Lynne Boatsman (Gary), Ronda Vander Meer (Tim) and Annie Wineman (Mike); his brother Donald Fransen (Donna); his grandchildren, Sargie Marie, Sam, Sara, Kristi, Sarah, Kevin and Robert; and his daughter Jonna. He was also cherished by numerous great grandchildren.
