He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Waters (Squires) and Junius Waters; and his sister Marian Challender (Waters). He is survived by: his wife Carol Coughlan; and his children, Shannon Nunlist (Mark) of Polson, MT, Kerry Hill (Edwin) of Spokane, WA and Mark Waters of Spokane, WA.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
