He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Nora Amicarella. He is survived by: his daughter Jordan Gilliland (Curtis); his grandchildren, Aidrian, Parker, Blakelyn and Lucas; his son John (Danielle); his grandchildren, Dax and Nora; his daughter Tori; and his siblings, Jerry (Ginny) and Patti Murray (Norm). He is also survived by uncle, aunts, nieces, nephews, and lots of cousins.
