He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Vincelet and Hildur Vincelet; his former wife Anita Vincelet; his wife Cheryl Vincelet (Sharpe); his siblings, Geraldine Vincelet and Robert Vincelet; and his son Richard Jr..

He is survived by: his children, Judi Vincelet (Burke) and Tab Jeremy Vincelet; and his stepsons, Robert Charles Meese Jr., Willard Wayne Meese (Bill) and Bill. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
