He was predeceased by : his parents, Lee and Ida; and his siblings, Shirley (Jerry) and Bob. He is survived by : his wife Vicki Rhoad; and his sisters, Patsy and Mary. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Luke Lutheran Church (9704 N Division St, Spokane, WA 99218).

In lieu of lfowers, memorials may be madein Rick's name to the Sunshine Acres Children's Home, 3405 N Higley Rd, Mesa, AZ, 85215.
