He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Collins and Helen Collins (Dean); his wife Janet Moore (Eisele); his children, Jeff Moore, Kristina Wegner, Cheri Hobbs and Steve Moore; his siblings, Robert, Margaret, Claudia Ebel (John), Steve (Kathy) and Tony Collins (Traci); his son-in-law Rick Hobbs; and his sister-in-law Glenda Collins. He was also cherished by five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
