It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Anne Higgins (Spokane, Washington), who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Aloisious Higgins (Joe); her son Joseph Arthur Higgins (Jay); and her brothers, Tracy Davidson and Arthur Clyde Davidson. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Trezise (Higgins) and Philip Doyle Higgins (Melissa Thompson); and her grandchildren, Sean Higgins, Joey Trezise (Chance Calvert) and Sarah Higgins.
