He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Crabb and Barbara Crabb; and his brother Larry Crabb. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Crabb Jr., James Leavey, Jeffrey Leavey, Cody Ellis, Cerissa Crabb, Melissa Crabb and Amanda Jones; and his siblings, Jeff Crabb, Eric Crabb and Toni Mohondro. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
