He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Amy Burk Oster (Chad) and Phil Rodriguez Jr. (Angel); his stepsons, Derek Stordahl (Margaret "Jody") and Darren Stordahl (Kim); his grandchildren, Rahm, Jaemon, Talia Burk, Aaron and Emily Rodriguez; his stepgrandchildren, Lucy, Abby, Oliver and Calvin Stordahl; his half-brother Richard Middleton (Gina Bolan); and his former wife Charlene Guidry.
