He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Aaron Costello, Adam Costello (Jennifer) and Lauren Costello; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn, Natalie Costello and Cathy Costello; and his brothers, Louis Costello (Sherry) and John Costello (Gloria). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
