He is survived by: his wife Diane Zack; his son Kevin Sullivan (Laverne Masaki); his grandchildren, Lauren, Andrew LeBrun, LeBrun and Alec; his daughter Kathleen (Sean Garman); his granddaughters, Natalie and Stephanie (Cayden Nystul); his stepchildren, Noah, Ryan and Ashley; his daughter Colleen (Nick Volk); his grandchildren, Tyler, Robyn, Riley, Matthew, Jake and Nate (Sylvia); his daughter Meaghan (Justin Moore); and his grandchildren, Annamarie, Erin, Ashton and Moore.
