She was predeceased by: her father Henry Gallagher; and her brother Grant. She is survived by: her mother Mary Gallagher (Randy Wines); her siblings, Deborah Landry (Paul), Aaron Gallagher and Cathy Pratt; her children, James Hess (Jamie), Amanda Oxford (Jacob) and Damen Hess (Ashley); her stepdaughter Amanda DeBord (Taylor); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Bradlee, Randi, Clancy, Kinzlee, Faith, Ella, Jade, Evan and Gavin.
In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to Giving Backpacks or Shriners Children's Hospital in Patty's honor.
