It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela Darlene Higgins (Spokane, Washington), who passed away on May 26, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Smith and Geneva Smith; her husband Harold Higgins; and her sister Starr Rikerd. She is survived by: her pet Abby; her grandson Nathan; her children, Steve Higgins (Cynda) of Spokane Valley, Tracy Higgins of Spokane and Tamara Waggoner (Greg) of Spokane Valley; and her grandson Trevor Waggoner of Spokane Valley, WA.
