It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noreen Devlin-Sivertson of Spokane, Washington, who passed away on February 2, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sullivan and Charlotte Sullivan; her husbands, Walter Devlin and Eugene Sivertson; her sister Patricia Martin; her daughter-in-law Jackie Devlin; and her grandson Shane Devlin.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry (Heidi), Dan (Terri) and Tim (Rachel). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
