It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neal C Franklin Sr. (Spokane, Washington), born in Hunters, Washington, who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, N. Clyde Franklin and Beulah Franklin; his sisters, Helen and Clydene; his wife Gail (Hydorn); and his children, Neal Jr. (Teresa), Douglas of Spokane, Kelly Jo (Jack) and Patricia Gail. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 13 greatgrandchildren.
