He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Noyes and Mary Beth Noyes; and his wife Cindy. He is survived by: his children, Brenda and Steve (Terry); his grandson Luke; his sister Lynne of Los Angeles, CA; and his nephews, Roger (Jayne), Bob and Mel. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Riplinger Funeral Home and Crematory (4305 N Division St, Spokane, WA 99207).
