She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Bailey and Vera Bailey; her brothers, Mike and Ken; and her granddaughter Kayla.
She is survived by: her husband John Bissell; and her children, Brian, Shannon and Carrie. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
