She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Swanson and Helen Swanson; her husband Richard Swan; her children, John Kain and Karen Salyards; and her sister Patricia McIrvin.

She is survived by: her son Kevin Leckman (Christy). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
