He is survived by: his daughters, Candy Miller, Cindy Miller and Tammy Bowen (Ricky); his stepdaughters, Linda Waggy and Cheryl Maiola (Mike); and his grandchildren, Brett, Bryce, Brady Bowen, Shannon Whitney, Dwayne, Loren and Daniel Waggy.
