It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loreta May Ruggles of Spokane, Washington, who passed away on January 29, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Butch McMillian, Hal Oetgen and Tom Ruggles. She is survived by: her son Larry; her grandchildren, Shawn (Sheri) and Robbie (Jeff Chamberlain); her great grandchild Sierra; her siblings, Bert (Bev) and Lynn; her sister-in-law Nancy; and her daughter-in-law Judy. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, stepchildren and step-grandchildren.
