She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold DuMontier and Louise DuMontier (McDonald); her grandmother Sally; her siblings, Harold Jr., Joseph "Bud" DuMontier, Gloria Gail Smith and Delores "Deedo" DuMontier; her nieces and nephews, Pauletta Faye O'Neill, Raelyn DuMontier, Mark DuMontier, Joey DuMontier, Micah Hoskinson and Christopher DuMontier; her son Damon Mitchell; and her grandson Isiah Russell.
She is survived by: her siblings, Reginald "Speed" DuMontier, James "Jimmy" DuMontier and Debra "Debbie" Courville (Wayne Coleman) of Pablo; her daughters, Christine "Cricki" Old Coyote (Alvin) of St. Ignatius and Kimberly McDonald-Markuson; her grandchildren, Cydrese "Reese" Hendrickx (Marlene), Rebecca Hendrickx, Cedric Russell, Avery Old Coyote, Camaleigh Old Coyote, Bradley Mitchell (Patience) of Pablo, Elijah Lefthand and Gloria DeLaney Markuson; her great grandchildren, Holden Old Coyote-Fitzpatrick, Elenor, Dorian, Clover Mitchell, Basil, Lucas Russell and Leilani Russell; and her godchild Morgan Schultz. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
She miraculously reversed diabetes; she survived a pandemic; she lived through a world war; and she would brave the elements while whistling, humming, and singing through her beloved Mission Mountains.
