He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Smith and Russell Smith; and his parents-in-law, Dan and Grace Shiflett. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his son Richard Smith (Imelda); his grandchildren, Heather (Mike) and Sage of Phoenix, AZ; his daughter Gretchen Bilbrey (Mike); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Kodi (Ashley) and Kalee (Dustin) of Spokane Valley, WA; his daughter Michelle Meske (Evan); his granddaughters, Danielle (Luke) and Brittany of Post Falls, ID; his daughter Karry Kirkland; his granddaughter Leanna of Seattle, WA; and his siblings, Bob, Chuck, Howard, Carl, David, Paulet, Marcia and Lillian. He is also survived by parents; Eight Grandchildren and ten Great grandchildren.
