Leonard Ray Barton Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard Ray Barton in Spokane, Washington, who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Barton and Essie Barton; his sons, Gary and Wendell; his sisters, Virginia, Wynema and Norma Sue; his wife Lois; and his grandson Jeff.

He is survived by: his children, Margrett, Glenda, Linda, Lorna and Lenora; and his grandchildren, Carrie, Sean and Stephanie. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Bud did not just watch life, he lived it fully – a life that spanned the Great Depression, World War II, the Korean War, and the Covid Pandemic.
