It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurie Briggs (Spokane, Washington), born in Seattle, Washington, who passed away on January 13, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace M. Briggs and Dr. Garth T. Briggs; her brother-in-law Lt. Colonel Eric G. Hansen; and her nieces, Jordan and Jessica.

She is survived by: her siblings, Anabel Hansen, Paul Briggs (Kaye), Jeff Briggs (RoseMarie) and Craig Briggs (Tamara). She is also survived by her 22 nieces and nephews, and 26 great nieces and nephews.
