He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earnest and Ruth Roemer Kerrigan. He is survived by: his sons, Sean Patrick (Rachel), Kyle William, Ryan Michael, Ian Kevin (Lela) and Colin Robert (Amy); his wife Leslie Ann Williams; his siblings, Dennis, Eileen, Patti, Terry, Kathy and Chris; and his sons, Elyssa, Ame, Caden (Ella), Nolan and Gavin.

Viewing was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Holy Cross Funeral Home (7111 N Division St, Spokane, WA 99208). The military honors was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fairmount Memorial Park (5200 W Wellesley Ave, Spokane, WA 99205). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Indian Trail Church (9010 N Indian Trail Rd, Spokane, WA 99208).
