He was predeceased by: his wife Lang Hong. He is survived by: his sons, Kiet Hong (Polly), Jimmy Hong (Phoi) and Yome Hong (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Griffin Hong, Isaiah Hong and Sophia Hong. He is also survived by two sisters and many nieces and nephews.
