He was predeceased by: his parents, Orris Barney and Florence Williams Barney; his brother Brian; and his grandson Ethan. He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Wilcock; his former wife Linda S. Barney of Spokane Valley, WA; his children, Candace Brown, Heather, Crystal of Spokane, WA, Justin of Meridian, ID and Michael of Spokane Valley, WA; and his siblings, Vicki Hancock, Sherri Winn, Randy Barney of Arizona and Julie Barney of Florida. He is also survived by six grandsons, three granddaughters and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
