He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian L. Quackenbush and Carl C. Quackenbush; and his sisters, Marian Rushmore and Derce Randolph. He is survived by: his wife Marie Quackenbush; his children, Karl (Michelle), Robert Quackenbush (Alicia) and Kathy Downs; his grandsons, Samuel (Ashley), Simon (Becca), Daniel, Kyle, Mathew Quackenbush (Rosie) and Paul Downs (Nhung); his great grandchildren, Madison Downs and Jett Quackenbush; and his stepsons, Frayne (Randi) and Mark McAtee (Dana).
