It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy B Whitney (Spokane, Washington), born in Everett, Washington, who passed away on May 23, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Jacobsen and Mildred Jacobsen; her husband Roy; her siblings, Audrey and Ron; and her son Steven.
She is survived by: her sister Lana; her children, Patti, Jeffrey (Ronnette), Brent and Darryl (Mary Lou); and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Jason, James, Claire, Justine, Mason, Michael and Mya. She is also survived by seven Great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Union Gospel Mission of Spokane.
