We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2021, at the age of 94, Joy I. Moore (Spokane, Washington) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fowler and Elsie Fowler (Byrd); her husband John David Moore; and her brothers, William Fowler and John Fowler.
She is survived by: her son Michael David Moore; and her brothers, Phillip E. Fowler, Frederick Fowler and Allan Fowler (Brenda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
