He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kelly; his daughters, Molly Chase (Cody) and Amanda Haas (Keith); his grandchildren, Emily Wirth (Jordan), Alexandra, Ashlyn, Ian and Aubree; his great grandchild Piper; and his siblings, Paul, Mark, Tom, Dave, Katie, Bridget, Brenda, Mary and Kerrie. He is also survived by many in-laws and nieces and nephews.
