He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leola Carr and Leon Williams; his adoptive parents, William W. Frost, Lucille Frost of Spokane and John Richard Frost; his wife Donna LaFrance; his daughter Michelle Allred Hart (Nick); his stepchildren, Darla Miller (Bruce), Arlys Makein (Chip) and Arlan Kjorvestad (Becky); his grandchildren, Anthony Delzoppo (Nicki Marie), Nicole Hayes (John), Jason Milam, Jesse Miller, Camryn Miller, Makenzie Glisson and Natalie Kjorvestad; and his great grandchild Tristan Hayes.
