With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John Charles Rhoad of Spokane, Washington, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rhoad and Louise Rhoad; his brother David; and his children, Teresa Shaffer and Steve Rhoad.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Smasne (Brian); his sister Vicki Van Slyke; his grandchildren, Riley, Owen, Richard, Shawna and Justin; and his former wife Judy. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
