It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne S Kennedy of Spokane, Washington, born in Plentywood, Montana, who passed away on August 13, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Shallbetter and Clara Shallbetter. She is survived by: her husband Angus "Gus" Kennedy; her children, Karen Garman (James), C. Scott Kennedy, Bryan Kennedy and Cheryl Gould (Kevin); her grandchildren, Ryan Kennedy (Riley), Thomas Garman, Kellen Kennedy and Eli Gould; her brother Allen Shallbetter (Sandy) of Pullman; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Tabit (Mike), Patricia Bathchelder, Robert Kennedy (Pam), Bertie Kennedy (late Larry), Richard Noble (late Beulah) and Hilda Shallbetter (late Charles). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
