It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Janice Jepperson of Spokane, Washington, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Elzie and Neola Davis; her children, Steven, Byran and Jenel; her husband Edgar; and her siblings, Kenneth Davis and Judith Davis. She was also cherished by her three children, eight grandchildren, and several wonderful great-grandchildren.
