She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ernest Smith and Virginia Smith; her siblings, Gerald, Gene, Theresa, Marilyn, Carolyn, Anita, Lawrence and Kenneth; her husband Forrest Whittekiend; and her children, Les (Marie), Alvan (Erika), Glenn, Cheryl (Mike) and Virgil (Judy). She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
