She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Kelly and Dorothy Kelly; her husband A. Lamont Nibarger; her grandson Conner Smith; and her brother Gary Kelly.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Heftel (Chris), David Nibarger (Karen), Lisa Smith (Bart), Juli Norris (Mike), Paul Nibarger (Rachel) and Kelli Perrins (Clayne); and her siblings, Carla Lorimor, Janet Kelly Lee, Sheri Kane and David Kelly.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (401 W Regina Ave, Spokane, WA 99218). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Memorial Terrace Cemetery (211 N Government Way, Spokane, WA 99224).
