He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Traci Unruh Johnston, Shannon Beadles (Dan), Kailyn and Jordan Steward; his stepchildren, Lisa Thomas (Frank) and Daniel Roberts; his grandchildren, Kasi, Megan Johnston, D. J., Brian, Mariah Orchard, Chloe, Lily and Hailey Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Skyler, Jazmin, Harper, Emma, Aubree and Oaklee.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Hennessey Valley Funeral Home (1315 N Pines Rd, Spokane Valley, WA 99206). Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery (21702 W Espanola Rd, Medical Lake, WA 99022).
