He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Ilch and Gus Ilch. He is survived by: his sister Dee Campbell of Meridian; his wife Marie; and his brother Dr. Steven Dixon MD. He is also survived by four stepchildren and spouses and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
